Things are going to get serious next Wednesday when the NSW Blues and Queensland Maroons face off in the State of Origin series opener at Adelaide Oval.
But first, there was a bit of time to unwind and relax as some of the Blues players were interrogated — in a light-hearted way — by Bryan Fletcher and Nathan Hindmarsh.
NSW players Nicho Hynes, Latrell Mitchell, Jarome Luai, Isaah Yeo, Liam Martin, Brian To’o, Payne Haas, Apisai Koroisau and Junior Paulo were all put to the test.
Fletch and Hindy put their “psychology hats” on and gave each of the players a few seconds to answer a variety of questions with the first three answers that came to their head.

Name three things you shouldn’t say at work and name three bachelor party activities were just a few examples of what was asked, although it was the second question that proved tricky for Luai to answer.
Hynes was initially asked the question but then admitted he had never been to a bachelor party, with Mitchell also saying the same. So, attention turned to Luai.
And of course, he attended the bucks party before teammate To’o’s wedding, where Luai’s speech on the livestreamed event went viral.
Naturally, Fletch and Hindy decided to go there when To’o’s wedding came up.
“Name three speeches you don’t do at a wedding,” they asked to laughter from Luai.
You can watch the Blues players being asked all those hard-hitting questions and more in the video player at the top of the story.
