The 27-year-old recently returned from a training camp in Thailand where he reportedly trained at fammed MMA gym, Tiger Muay — a popular base for the likes of Aussie UFC stars Alex Volkanovski and Tai Tuivasa.
“It’s good I was working with a few coaches down there , working on little things, getting my conditioning, getting my mind ready,” Tszyu said.
“Physically I’m in shape already, four months out. I want to be the undisputed champion of the world.”
Tszyu also had hand surgery in May to fix a long-standing problem and said he had taken valuable lessons from his first US fight — against Terrell Gausha, where he was knocked down early but came back to win by decision.
“I faced adversity and I was able to overcome it and go through it,” Tszyu said.
“It wasn’t the best camp, there was a lot of problems going on but I was able to fix the mistakes and go into this camp with completely different mindset, complete different physical shape.
“… (The hands), they’re ready to go. I want Charlo’s head now.”
