Borussia Dortmund are pushing to sign Marcus Rashford on loan this month, Florian Plettenberg reports. Sporting director Sebastian Kehl and manager Nuri Şahin are leading the pursuit, with fresh talks having already taken place. The club’s decision to push ahead with a move for the 27-year-old was reportedly made after BVB’s defeat last week against Bayer Leverkusen. The Bundesliga club face stiff competition for Rashford’s signature however, with AC Milan still actively trying to secure a deal this month.

Real Madrid are considering a move for Manchester City winger Savinho, Andre Hernan reports. The Brazilian moved to City last summer from Troyes in a €25 million deal, and has turned heads since arriving at the Etihad with some memorable displays. Savinho’s agent will be in Europe this week to discuss his future, although Madrid’s interest is still very much “in its infancy.” The 20-year-old made his senior debut for Brazil in March last year. Since then, he has played a further 10 times for his country, scoring once.

Juventus could make a move for AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori if the Rossoneri sign Manchester United defender Kyle Walker this month, as per La Gazzetta dello Sport. With Walker viewed as a potential centre-back option by new Milan boss Sérgio Conceição, Tomori may soon find himself even further down the pecking order at San Siro. One possible destination Tomori is Juve, who are currently in the market for a defender. Feyenoord’s Dávid Hancko has also been heavily linked with the Serie A giants in recent weeks.

Bayern Munich have contacted the management of Borussia Dortmund forward Jamie Gittens, according to German outlet BILD. The Bundesliga giants are said to be considering a move for Gittens if contract negotiations break down with winger Leroy Sané, whose current deal expires this summer. By contrast, 20-year-old Gittens is under contract at Dortmund until June 2028. The England under-21 international has been in fine form this season, scoring seven goals in 18 league games to date.

Al Ahli have agreed a deal in principle to appoint Massimiliano Allegri as their new head coach for next season, Fabrizio Romano reports. While the final details of the deal are still being ironed out, a full agreement is “almost there” according to the transfer insider. A caretaker manager is set to fill the position until Allegri officially takes charge in June. The Italian head coach has been out of work since he was sacked by Juventus last year.
