The AFL Players’ Associations’s AFLW 22Under22 squad has been revealed, with premiership favourites Brisbane Lions leading the pack.
Brisbane had five players in the extended squad, which comes just a day after having six players in the extended All-Australian squad.
It comes as the Lions attempt to convert a minor premiership into their second premiership in three seasons.

Carlton, Geelong and the Western Bulldogs have four players each in the side.
Three players are looking to be selected for an unprecedented fourth time – Alyce Parker, Madison Prespakis and Monique Conti – which would mean selection in every season since the concept’s inception.
Fans will be able to vote on the final makeup of the squad via the 22Under22 website.
