Sydney Stack among four players delisted by the Tigers

Sydney Stack, Jake Aarts, Riley Collier-Dawkins, and Will Martyn will all be parting ways with Richmond as the club looks to refine their list for the 2023 season.

Stack, who has been with Tigers since the 2019 pre-season after he missed out on the 2018 national and rookie drafts, played a total of 35 games across four seasons.

The 22-year-old also made a notable debut in his first year winning both the Cosgrove-Jenkins Award as the club’s best first-year player, and the VFL premiership.

Last year he was fined $6000 for breaching Western Australia’s quarantine rules.

Small forward and midfielder Aarts, meanwhile, was drafted to Richmond with the Club’s first pick in the 2019 rookie draft after making a name for himself playing with the club’s VFL team.

He played 42 games at AFL level across four seasons and kicked 34 goals. In 2022, he played on seven occasions.

Collier-Dawkins who was selected with pick No.20 overall at the 2018 National Draft, played a total 11 matches, (2 in 2021) across four seasons for Richmond, and featured in the 2019 VFL premiership.

Midfielder and defender Martyn was selected by the club as a third pick (No. 44 overall) at the 2019 AFL National Draft. The 21-year-old played three of his career AFL games last season and was awarded the Guinane Medal as Richmond’s VFL best and fairest.
