Murray was placed on report for high shot on Jeremy Marshall-King in fifth minute of the Rabbitohs’ 36-14 win at Suncorp Stadium.
“Jeremy Marshall-King earns his side a penalty with some high contact there from Cameron Murray,” Warren Smith said on Fox League.
“Murray on report for that contact on Marshall-King.”
Murray was also placed on report for a late tackle on Kodi Nikorima in the 28th minute.
“Nikorima puts it up and he was taken down there and there is a whistle here,” Smith said.
“He took him down with a bit of contact maybe above the shoulders.”
“Contact on the kicker, on report,” referee Ashley Klein said.

Moale was placed on report in the 27th minute for an apparent trip on Isaako as the Dolphins winger carried the ball out of his red zone, but the incident didn’t give away a penalty immediately.
“He’s been placed on report but wasn’t penalised at the time, which is curious,” Smith said.
“If he got a hand on him first, that’s all he has to do to negate it being a trip. If contact was with the leg first then he does have an issue.”
