Geoff Walsh has resigned as St Kilda’s football boss due to family reasons just three months after joining the club last November.
The Saints confirmed Walsh had stepped down from his position and will finish up at the end of this week. Davis Mission, who’d recently returned to St Kilda as its new performance manager, will fill the vacancy on an interim basis with assistance from club head of AFLW Tessie McManus.
Walsh originally joined St Kilda at the end of last season in a key shake-up alongside returning coach Ross Lyon after the shock sacking of Brett Ratten.
