The AFLW All-Australian squad of 42 has been released, with premiership favourites Brisbane Lions leading all-comers with six players.
Captain Breanna Koenen and leading goalkicker for 2022 Jesse Wardlaw are among those named, while four other finalists have four representatives each in the squad.

While there are 17 first-time representatives, North Melbourne’s Emma Kearney has the chance to be selected in the final team for the seventh straight season, while Melbourne’s Karen Paxman is aiming for a sixth selection.
Collingwood star Chloe Molloy has continued to showcase her incredible versatility, being considered for a midfield spot after already being in the squad as both a defender and forward in recent seasons.
The final team of 21 players – including a captain and vice-captain – will be announced at the W Awards on Tuesday 22 November.
