NRL rocked by death of 31yo Souths premiership winner

The NRL world has been rocked by the sudden passing of South Sydney premiership winner Kyle Turner.

Turner represented the Indigenous All Stars in 2015 and played 91 games for the Rabbitohs between 2014-2019.

Turner burst onto the scene in 2014, scoring six tries in 25 games in a successful debut season in the NRL.

That included coming off the bench for Souths in their grand final triumph against the Bulldogs.

Round 25

Turner was living in Coonabarabran at the time of his death. He was 31.
