Former Storm and Broncos playmaker Brodie Croft has signed a historic extension with Salford Red Devils that will keep him at the club until the end of 2030.
Croft had a stunning debut season with Salford in 2022 after initially inking a two-year deal with the Super League club.

The 25-year-old steered Salford to the finals and claimed the prestigious Man of Steel honour. He also picked up the Coaches Player, Players’ Player and Supporters Player of the Year awards at the club’s presentation night.
And now Salford have announced Croft’s has committed long-term, signing a seven-year extension.
“I’m delighted to extend my time at Salford,” Croft said via a club statement.
“This group of boys is something special and along with the coaching staff through to the performance staff and office staff, I’m excited at what the future holds for the club.”

Croft was once considered Cooper Cronk’s successor at the Storm but after 39 NRL games for the club he signed with the Broncos.
He was the club’s first choice halfback and was even named co-captain before he had played a single game for Brisbane.

But he quickly fell out of favour and ended up in reserve grade.
Croft was linked to a return to the NRL with the Dragons reported to be interested in the half as a replacement for Talatau Amone, who is unavailable due to the no-fault stand down policy.
Instead, he will remain in the Super League until the end of 2030.
