Or… well, in the case of Melbourne champion and Best on Ground band member Russell Robertson, in the bedroom.
“There are a few coaching jobs I didn’t see myself doing,” Buckley explained.
Cut to Robertson looking exhausted after promising “round two”.
Buckley’s advice: “Pretty disappointing effort, wasn’t it? Harden up! None of us are satisfied and it’s not the game-plan we went in with.
“And I thought you were known for your screamers? I haven’t heard a peep out of either of you!
“If you don’t lift your game, you’ll be dropped. Pull your finger out and get in there for round two.”
