Manchester City‘s Phil Foden has been named the Premier League‘s player of the season, it was announced on Saturday.
Foden has scored 17 goals and contributed eight assists in 34 league games this season to help put City on the cusp of their fourth Premier League title in as many years, heading into the final day of the season.
