Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad got the nod at fullback with Joey Manu to play in the centres along with Matt Timoko, who will make his Kiwis debut.

Nu Brown, Leo Thompson and Griffin Neame join Timoko as the four debutants for New Zealand in this game.

Coach Michael Maguire is up against his former Tigers assistant, Ben Gardiner — who also used to be a part of New Zealand’s coaching staff.

Gardiner has made just one change to the Samoan side after their 38-12 loss to Australia last week with Marion Seve replacing his Storm teammate Young Tonumaipea in the centres.

Daejarn Asi and Stephen Crichton will again partner each other in the halves, while rookie fullback Sua Faalogo will be looking to back up last week’s thrilling Test debut.
