Reuben Garrick is also back from concussion symptoms on the wing, while Samuela Fainu is set to make his debut off the bench with Ethan Bullemor starting for Kelma Tuilagi (concussion).

For the Tigers Jake Simpkin joins the bench with Daine Laurie dropping out to play a full game at five-eighth in reserve grade.

“With Adam [Doueihi] down for an extended period we do need another pivot so Daine will get the chance to show that in a full game,” Sheens told media on Saturday.

Jahream Bula is set to make his NRL debut at fullback with Charlie Staines shifting to the wing, while Tommy Talau returns from a facial injury on the bench.

The fifth placed Sea eagles are looking to break into the top four, while the last placed Tigers are searching for their first win of the season after the bye.
