Warriors coach Andrew Webster has been forced into making two changes to his spine with Wayde Egan out with a concussion and Te Maire Maritn out with a fractured fibula.
Utility Dylan Walker has been named at five-eighth, while Freddy Lussick has been called in to start at hooker.
