Brisbane will challenge Cam Rayner’s one-match suspension for careless conduct at the tribunal, after he was banned for a rough tackle on Melbourne’s Ben Brown during the Lions’ heavy loss to the Demons on Friday night.
But the Lions also announced on Monday that they would accept Noah Answerth’s one-match suspension, ruling him out for the elimination final against Richmond.
