Fiji kick off their Pacific Championships campaign when they take on the Cook Islands in Port Moresby.
Cook Islands were thrashed 56-10 by PNG in the opening game of the Pacific Bowl, and will need to bounce back in a big way and defeat Fiji to keep their hopes of progressing to the final.
They will have their work cut out for them though, taking on a Fiji side who boasts a backline full of NRL stars, including boom youngsters Sunia Turuva and Jahream Bula, who finished 1-2 in the Dally M Rookie of the Year race.
