Roosters forward Victor Radley’s infamous sin binning record continued albeit in an extremely controversial fashion in Tuesday’s thrilling Anzac Day clash against the Dragons.
Radley’s head appeared to make incidental contact with the head of Dragons prop Michael Molo in the 63rd minute.
Radley was sent for ten by referee Adam Gee, claiming “shoulder to the head contact.”
That caused Roosters captain James Tedesco, to say “if that was anyone else, it’d be no penalty.”

“I’m not going down that path with you now,” Gee retorted.
His eighth sin bin, Radley is now tied with Latrell Mitchell as the most binned player in NRL history.
Radley spoke post-game to Fox League’s Matt Russell, claiming he was “all over the shop at the moment.”
“I was losing my mind in the sheds there. That was a head clash,” Radley said.
“I’m not sure who made that decision but it was a s**t decision.”
Greg Alexander thought that Radley had been hard done by.
“It was a head clash,” Fox League’s Greg Alexander said.
Former rugby league forward James Graham defended Radley earlier this month after he was sin binned for a late shot on Cameron Munster in the Roosters’ 28-8 loss to the Storm.
Graham too argued that Radley is a “victim of reputation” and was hard done by on that occasion to be given his marching orders.

“I think Victor Radley is a victim of reputation in my opinion, I think we’ve seen that incident happen on a number of occasions,” Graham said on Triple M at the time.
“But because it is Victor Radley he goes for 10… I’ve seen those this season and I can’t recall an example off the top of my head, but I am pretty sure I have seen a not too dissimilar incident where a player has not been sent to the sin bin.
“It was Jahrome Hughes tackle on Tanah Boyd, he ended up getting a suspension but wasn’t sent to the sin bin.
“I said during that game if that’s Victor Radley, if that is Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, these types of tackles, your reputation plays a part in.
“I believe the reason that tackle was a sin bin was because it was Victor Radley.”
