As AFLW season seven ramps up, the injuries are mounting with young Blue Mia Austin the latest casualty with a gruesome training blow.
Austin has been ruled out for the season after breaking her leg and suffering an ankle syndesmosis injury in the same collision.
Austin is the second player to break her leg in just three AFLW rounds this season, after Bulldog Brit Gutknecht’s horror incident in Round 2.
