St Kilda great Brendon Goddard is returning to the club and will work alongside Ross Lyon as a development coach.
Foxfooty.com.au has confirmed Goddard will join Lyon, his former coach, as well as former teammates Lenny Hayes and Robert Harvey in a football department that has undergone considerable change this off-season, headlined by the sacking of contracted coach Brett Ratten.
Adding to the St Kilda reunions, The Age reports respected sports scientist David Mission is also set to return to the club, with a position as head of performance expected.

Goddard joined St Kilda as a player via the 2002 draft, where he was taken with the number one pick.
He played 205 games for the club before a trade to Essendon, where he played 129.
Lyon was announced in October as the club’s new coach after the club sacked Ratten despite signing him to a two-year contract extension during the 2022 season.
The revamped football department also includes veteran administrator Geoff Walsh take up the head of football role.
