The Cowboys will be sweating on the fitness of skipper Chad Townsend after the halfback went off in the second half against the Sharks.
Townsend left the field in the second half and returned to the bench with what appeared to be a calf injury strapped with ice.
Meanwhile, Sharks prop Braden Hamlin-Uele hobbled off with a leg injury after an ugly tackle from Jeremiah Nanai.
