It leaves Hollands likely to receive a two-match ban under existing AFL precedent.
Fellow AFL players Jack Ginnivan and Brad Crouch were among those to receive two-match bans and an illicit drugs strike after admitting to drug use, which was revealed publicly.
Hollands was selected with pick No.7 by the Suns in the 2020 draft, but failed to establish himself in the Suns’ senior side, playing just 14 games.
He was traded to the Blues along with pick No.28 and a future fourth-round pick in exchange for pick No.26 and a future third-round pick.
