Although halftime typically lasts for 30 minutes, Usher’s set is expected to be around 13 minutes. That means he’ll have to cram a lot of iconic hits into a very small window of time. But for those hoping to see Usher joined by a surprise artist, you’re in luck. The man himself confirmed some familiar faces will be with him during his performance during a press conference prior to the Super Bowl. “I went through a lot of ideas of who I would have shared this moment with me,” the star told Apple Music’s Nadeska Alexis. “I do feel like the people who are going to share it deserve just as much recognition for what they do in their careers.” Given Usher has collaborated with the likes of Alicia Keys, Nicki Minaj and Ludacris, fans have every right to be excited over what’s to come during the halftime show.
