Amy Parmenter, Matilda Garrett and Donnell Wallam come into the Diamonds squad – while Kiera Austin, Jo Weston and Kate Moloney make way.

Leading the charge for the SPAR Proteas will be a familiar face to Australian fans, with two-time Super Netball champion Karla Pretorius back Down Under.

Fox Netball’s Nat Medhurst said the Diamonds will need to adjust after a “short turnaround”.

“With these new players coming in … they are going to be jumping into a series with players who have already got some Test matches and momentum under their belt,” she said.

“It’s a nice little trek up to Cairns.
