The multi-year deal between the Foxtel Group and the PGA Tour will bring the best golfers inside your lounge rooms.
And with the 2028 Presidents Cup to be played on Australian shores, it will allow the viewer to get to know the next Tiger Woods and Scottie Scheffler before they arrive Down Under.
The announcement comes ahead of this week’s Presidents Cup, which will be played at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Internationals include Australians Adam Scott and Cam Davis, while Hideki Matsuyama headlines the list which is captained by Trevor Immelman.
They will challenge a star-studded United States team, with David Love III having world No.1 Scottie Scheffler, Patrick Cantlay, Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth, Tony Finau and Collin Morikawa as part of an incredible 12-man group.
Team USA are the heavy favourites, but Davis said the Internationals were confident they could match it with their fancied rivals.
“I just think it’s just an environment that just automatically kicks me into a slightly different gear to what I normally play and I feel like that’s still there and I can’t wait to see what that’s like amongst how many people is going to be out there watching,” Davis said.
“It‘s going to be a very cool mix of I feel like freedom as well as … not intimidation, but just it’s going to be a really big environment, and I can’t wait to see how I stack up against it. I’m thinking that everyone in the team is going to be able to handle that quite well.
“I think everyone on the International side can look at that as, you know, added ability to bring out a bit more in their game than they may have ever before.
“The situation could actually bring out better golf than we’ve ever played, and even if it is more pressure to perform and try and beat this time, at the same time we are playing in an environment that allows to us free up and go for it.
“And I think everyone on our side is playing good enough golf where if they play with extra freedom and extra positivity going forward with teammates behind you to back you up, I think it‘s definitely going to create the sort of environment where we get over the line.”
PGA Commissioner Jay Monahan said he was “delighted to renew our broadcast agreement with the Foxtel Group” and said the continuity would build momentum ahead of Australia hosting the 2028 Presidents Cup.
“Australia has an incredible legacy in golf and we are excited that Melbourne will be hosting the 2028 Presidents Cup,” Monahan said.
“The momentum behind the Foxtel Group is extremely impressive. We look forward to working with them for many years to come and growing our fan base even further.”
Fox Sports Executive Director Steve Crawley added: “We have a strong relationship with the PGA Tour and this new deal secures an even bigger offering for our customers with more exclusive content than ever.
“It’s an exciting time to be a golf fan with the likes of the Masters, The Open Championship, PGA Championship, US Open, LPGA and Ryder Cup all in one place on Fox Sports.”
