Two players will front the AFL Tribunal in a bid to overturn one-match bans, with GWS’ Toby Bedford and West Coast’s Bailey Williams facing rough conduct charges.
Bedford was sanctioned for his tackle on Sydney’s Oliver Florent, with the act graded careless conduct with medium impact and high contact, becoming the latest dangerous tackle grading of 2023.
Williams was charged for a high bump following his clash with Essendon’s Mason Redman, which was judged by the Match Review Officer to be careless conduct with medium impact and high contact – follow the Tribunal in the live blog below!

Both charges result in a one-match ban, with the Giants facing Port Adelaide on Sunday and West Coast playing Fremantle on Saturday night.
The Giants are challenging Bedford’s ban but have accepted a suspension for fellow small forward Brent Daniels.
Williams is one of just three Eagles players to have played every match this season and faces a ruck battle with Luke Jackson if he’s cleared to play.
