Further chaos is set to ensure ahead of the weigh-ins for Paul Gallen’s titanic tussles against Justin Hodges and Ben Hannant on Thursday night.
Gallen will fight both men at the Nissan Arena in what has been dubbed the ‘Origin Rumble’ and the verbal warfare surrounding the trio’s experiences representing their respective states saw Tuesday’s press conference turn ugly.

Hodges previously labelled Gallen the “worst Origin captain in history” as his captaincy came amid Queensland’s golden stint.
The former Blues skipper then implored Hodges to run at him to which he obliged, but No Limit promoter Matt Rose stepped in before the two could lay hands on each other.
Hodges stormed off stage and branded Gallen a “f*****g bum”, before the Cronulla legend issued a sledge that saw several gasp in shock.
“Make sure you kiss your kids goodnight before you go to the boxing fight,” Gallen said.
“Hopefully you wake up.”

Gallen, Hodges and Hannant are all likely to have been read the riot act by No Limit bosses as the face-off between the trio at the weigh-ins promises to be spicy.
The added presence of No Limit chief executive George Rose will help as a preventive measure to ensure no-one comes to blows before they step in the ring.
Rose was absent from the press conference due to a delayed flight but will be in attendance for the weigh-ins.
Elsewhere on the card, Australian heavyweight star Joe Goodall is back in action after a loss to Justis Huni.
Goodall underwent a training camp in Las Vegas ahead of his fight against the prodigy, but has conducted pre-fight preparations at world title challenger Dennis Hogan’s gym in Brisbane.
Also fighting is Benjamin Hussain, as he takes on Lachie Higgins for the IBO Oceania-Orient middleweight title.
Hussain is on a four-fight win streak and is coming off an impressive victory over Wes Capper.
