Broncos star Reece Walsh could find himself in hot water after an on-field microphone appeared to pick up him abusing referee Chris Butler during his side’s shock 18-12 loss to the Titans.
Walsh was penalised by Butler for an obstruction with about six minutes left on the clock, a call which the fullback obviously disagreed with.
After an expletive-filled comment was caught by Butler, the referee marched the Titans an extra ten metres downfield.

Butler and Walsh’s Broncos teammates are heard in the audio trying to warn and calm down the fullback from continuing on with the tirade.
