LIVE AFL: Dogs wield selection axe, desperate to turn around woes against improved Roos

The Western Bulldogs will aim to get their season back on track and snap a three-match losing streak when they take on North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium.

The Dogs (7-6, 101.1%) can consolidate their top eight spot with a win as Luke Beveridge’s side welcomes back Mitch Hannan and Tim O’Brien, with Arthur Jones, James O’Donnell and Josh Bruce all omitted.

They face a Roos side desperate for victory in their own right – in the midst of an 11-game losing streak despite improved form under Brett Ratten in recent weeks. Hugh Greenwood and Jy Simpkin both return for North.
