Carlton will face the Western Bulldogs in a mouth-watering clash at Marvel Stadium on Saturday evening, and all eyes are on the Blues after last weekend’s loss to Brisbane.
Having suffered three defeats in their last four games, Carlton (4-3-1, 107.1 per cent) will be desperate to get their season back on track with a victory over the Bulldogs.
However, Blues coach Michael Voss has called for an end to speculation about the club’s finals chances.

“It seems to be an obsession to define a season by round eight,” he said on Friday.
“I’m somewhat confused by the whole conversation because the agenda of what we wanted to go about our business was set by the final siren at the end of last year.”
The Bulldogs (5-3, 99.5 per cent) are in red-hot form, celebrating three consecutive wins after last weekend’s 15-point triumph over the GWS Giants.
