The Roosters are chasing three straight wins when they take on a Cowboys outfit that’s struggling to pull it together this season.
The Cowboys were considered one of the premiership favourites this year after making the preliminary finals in 2022, but instead sit 16th with just three wins from nine games.

Their latest loss was their biggest of the season — 44-6 to the Sharks.
In terms of personnel changes, Heilum Luki returns from a hamstring injury just in time to replace the suspended Jeremiah Nanai.
The Roosters have also got some changes with Paul Momirovski out injured. Drew Hutchison has been named in his place in the centres with Jake Turpin joining the bench.
Star prop Jared Waerea-Hargreaves is also back after being rested last week.
