The upcoming AFL video game AFL 23 has released a launch trailer showcasing several new features including Pro Team.
In what appears to be similar to Ultimate Team in the FIFA series or MyTeam in NBA 2K, the trailer gave an insight into AFL 23’s version, only with limited details.
We did get a glimpse of some players’ rating cards including Richmond ruckman Toby Nankervis, Western Bulldogs midfielder Bailey Smith and Melbourne defender Steven May.

It showed their overall rating and as well as their ratings in several categories.
Pro Team is set to be among the most intriguing features of the Big Ant Studios game, with its release getting pushed back slightly to May 4th 2023.
The trailer showed other fun aspects of the game including Charlie Cameron and Xavier Duursma acting out their iconic goal celebrations, Alastair Clarkson addressing North Melbourne players during a huddle and clubs singing their song in the changerooms after a win.
AFL 23 will feature all 18 AFL and AFLW clubs and stadiums, with Melbourne’s Christian Petracca and Carlton’s Darcy Vescio the cover athletes.
