Alex Pereira and Israel Adesanya shared one final steely face-off before they fight for the middleweight crown in what could be the final chapter in their epic rivalry at UFC 287.

And the Brazilian, who made weight at 185 pounds, had little more to say at the ceremonial weigh-ins.
“I’ve said everything I’ve had to say,” Pereira said via a translator.
“All I’m going to say to you is tomorrow, I’m going to take his collar off and take him out, just like a dog.”
Pereira was referencing the collar Adesanya had around his neck as the former champ tipped the scales at 184.5 pounds.
Adesanya also wasn’t in the mood for talking, but had one final warning for his rival.
“Tomorrow, it’s one and done,” Adesanya said.

In the co-main event, cult hero Jorge Masvidal brought his kids up on stage as he geared up to face Gilbert Burns in a welterweight contest.

“Everybody knows, bring your pots and pans in Miami, how we do,” Masvidal said.
“We’re going to hit the streets and mob out. All the goons, light up the sky like 4th of July.”
Masvidal then turned his attention to Burns.
“I’m going to knock you [Burns] out, just telling you now brother,” Masvidal said.
“Nothing personal, but I got to knock your a** out.
“I love all of you, man. Miami, let’s go. Let’s f***ing go!”
