Tensions boiled over at Crows training this week between Josh Rachele and Taylor Walker in a fiery exchange.
Channel 9’s Footy Classified showed a video of the incident, which shows Walker lining up at goal while ignoring a leading Rachele calling for the ball.
The pair are then seen exchanging tense words, with Channel 9’s Braden Ingram revealing it led to some “home truths” to the 19-year old Rachele.

“Things got a little heated at Crows training. This missed pass prompted a feisty exchange between Josh Rachele and Tex Walker,” Ingram told Footy Classified.
“It’s believed coaches and Tex delivered some home truths to Rachele.”
It comes ahead of the 0-2 Crows’ Showdown clash with cross-town rival Port Adelaide on Saturday night as Matthew Nicks’ side desperately searches for its first win of 2023.
Both of Adelaide’s losses — against GWS and Richmond respectively — included dour periods where they gave up big runs of goals.
New Adelaide skipper Jordan Dawson earlier this week challenged the club’s senior players to show more leadership.
“Between our best footy and our worst footy, the gap was too big — and round one was the same,” Dawson said.
“It has probably got something to do with some of our personnel being a bit younger and understanding what is happening in the game and thinking about what we need to do.
“And then as leaders, I think we need to be better as well at stepping up in those moments and sort of taking charge of the group.”
