Not for the first time, Collingwood fans have been left fuming at the umpiring of Jack Ginnivan.
With three minutes remaining in the opening quarter at the MCG and the Pies up by 19 points, Ginnivan and Zach Guthrie were in a contest in the forward 50, with the former going to the ground with his arms outstretched.
While Ginnivan and Pies fans pleaded for a push in the back free kick, one was not forthcoming.

Play continued and eventually the Cats would strike at the other end with their first goal of the game.
“They just don’t pay free kicks to Ginnivan,” Luke Darcy said on Channel Seven.
“There’s a separate set of rules for him. That looked liked a big double-handed push.”
Earlier in the quarter, another contentious decision came when Joel Selwood appeared to be taken high, but it was called play on by the umpire.
