Spanish star Roberto Bautista has comically called for the supervisor after blowing up at the chair umpire in the opening game of his match against Tommy Paul.
Bautista was incensed when Alison Hughes issued him a time violation warning for taking too long between points following a 24-shot rally.
“This is a joke, no?,” Bautista said to the umpire.
“One minute between the point and in the first game you give me a code violation. Which watch are you watching?

“I want to call the match referee.”
Hughes told Bautista “they’re not going to come” but the veteran stood his ground and minutes later the supervisor appeared.
But it proved to no avail.
“You cannot be a referee and treat one player different to other ones. This is not good, what she did,” Bautista said.
The 34-year-old turned pro in 2005 and is playing for a spot in the second grand slam quarterfinal of his career.
Bautista was mocked on social media over his blow-up as unseeded American Paul took the first set 6-2.
