During a sit-down interview with Jake Duke recorded last week, Radley explained to win the NRL premiership teams need “hardness” and “brutality” stating he was happy to provide those characteristics in order for the Roosters to win.
“You need people like that in your side, I think Jared (Waerea-Hargreaves) has done it for the Roosters for the last decade or more,” Radley said.
“You need someone with presence, you need someone that is intimidating, you don’t need one actually you need a few.
“You need hardness, you need brutality, if you are going to win the comp you need all these things.

“I am happy to be that guy, I am happy to put my head on the line and happy to be one of the guys that help do that, because you need it to win.”
Radley will now see an independent specialist and enter the NRL’s concussion protocols.
The Roosters are confident that their key forward will return to play finals football after missing the Tricolous cross-town grudge match in round 15.
While the Roosters will be eager for Radley to return, his dad Nigel has urged his son to take a cautious approach.

Nigel is hoping the NRL’s concussion protocols will make his son sidelined for at least a week.
“I don’t think he should play next week,” Nigel said to The Daily Telegraph on Sunday.
“There’s nothing to gain. They’ve made the finals and he should rest for the following week. You’d think with the head clash protocols he’d have to miss a week anyway.
“A rest will do him good. It was a pretty severe one. I spoke to him this morning and he said he came around when he was on the medi-cab.
“This morning he said he was okay. No headaches, nothing.”
