De’Aron Fox has hit a miraculous near half-court buzzer beater to lead the Sacramento Kings to a huge overtime road win over the Orlando Magic 126-123.
Fox scored 28 of his 37 points in the second half and overtime in a dominant showing from the star guard, while Orlando’s No. 1 Pick Paolo Banchero produced his best game yet with a career-best 33 points ad 15 rebounds.
The Magic had all control in the first half including leading 65-47 at the main break before the Kings came storming back into the game in the third, outscoring the hosts 36-12 in the period to suddenly look like racing away with it.

But the Magic responded to set up the tense final term where both sides traded buckets, with Fox the hero late in regulation by making two free throws and a jumper to send the game into OT.
Sacramento quickly raced out to a 117-111 lead in the extra period as the Magic’s offence dried up outside of Franz Wagner attacking the rim.
Malik Monk drilled a three with under a minute left to extend the Kings’ lead back out to six, but Wagner responded with consecutive buckets to make it a one-possession game.
The Kings made their high-pressure free throws down the stretch t0 lead by four with 14.1 seconds remaining and it was all but game over.
However Fox committed an untimely offensive foul late leading to a pair of Jalen Suggs free throws before Chuma Okeke got a clutch steal and dunk to suddenly tie the scores at 123-123.
It set up the final play of the game where Fox got the ball inbounded with around five seconds on the clock, failing to get any further than just past half court and hoisting the long-range triple that sunk the Magic.
Domantas Sabonis added 24 points, 11 rebounds and six assists for the Kings and Wagner (31 points, six assists) and Bol Bol (career-best 23 points, six boards) also had big games for Orlando.
