Erling Haaland has lifted the lid on his bonkers 6,000 calorie-a-day diet that has fuelled one of the most prolific goalscoring seasons ever seen in world football.
Haaland moved from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester City in the summer for just $AUD89 million and has decimated the Premier League already, bagging 15 league goals in just nine games.

“The first thing I do in the morning is to get some sunlight in my eyes, it is good for circadian rhythm,” Haaland said.
“I have also started to filtrate my water a bit. I think it can have great benefits for my body.”
A more normal choice of food fuelling Haaland’s success is lasagne, which his father, Alfie, serves him before games.
“I’ve had it before every home game now and that turns out fairly well, so there has to be something special he adds to it,” Haaland said.
“I help out very little. I mostly lie on the couch watching him. That’s the way it works.”
