The incidents that resulted in criminal charges in the A-League

The A-League Men’s competition became a police matter last week when three players from the Macarthur Bulls club were arrested in morning raids.

Ulises Davila, Kearyn Baccus and Clayton Lewis were taken from their homes by organised crime detectives and later charged with engaging in conduct that corrupts a betting outcome and granted police bail to appear in local court next month. A fourth player has also been interviewed.

Four incidents featuring Davila, Baccus and Lewis are under further investigation.

1. Davila remonstrates with the referee until he is shown a yellow card

2. Davila kicks balls away after the referee has stopped play for a free-kick

3. Clayton Lewis gets a yellow card for pushing a Sydney FC opponent

4. Kearyn Baccus receives a yellow card after dragging down an opponent from behind
